Ancient elven city in the heart of the Blackwood, thought lost to time, even by the long-lived elves of the region. It was built in a part of the Blackwood known by the elves as Lucidas Quercus, or Place of the Silver Oaks. Here, the boundary between the fey and the material plane was thin, allowing the elves to build a city that resisted all attempts at magical location. In artwork found among the ruins, clues point to the large structure at the center of the city being a site where one of the orbs of Kelemvor was kept.
A long forgotten disaster wreaked havoc, displacing the city for millenia. It is unknown how the city came to reside back on the Material Plane, but two things are certain: it took powerful magic to pull the city back into existence and Cullen obtained the orb that was here, somehow.
The city is now desecrated and the stench of evil permeates every structure. Rot and ruin have taken hold, and even the heart tree at the center of town is diseased and bleeding. This is due, possibly, to the demonic corruption that, until recently, held sway here.
